- What does Astoria Code build?
- Custom apps, websites, and programs. Andrew writes them, ships them, and stays reachable. This is not IT consulting, not AEO membership, and not a helpdesk.
- How much does Astoria Code charge?
- Limited-time time-and-materials at $100/hour — below Andrew's historical rate. At large shops, clients used to pay upwards of $350/hour for him.
- Who does the work?
- Andrew Dall only. One senior operator in Astoria, Oregon. U.S. Coast Guard veteran. B.S. Cybersecurity, Oregon Institute of Technology, cum laude. Emaration LLC.
- How do I start a custom software project?
- Send project type and budget through the inquiry form, or email andrew@emaration.ai / call 971-401-8866. Andrew decides whether to take the job after he sees type and budget.
- Is Astoria Code the same as emaration.com or Ellis IT?
- No. Astoria Code is custom software. emaration.com is IT / cyber consulting. emaration.ai is AEO. Ellis IT / Astoria Computer is a different door.
